Department of Veterans Affairs: Video + Digital + Social

Jennifer developed and implemented an award-winning content marketing strategy for the Department of Veterans Affairs. She drafted all copy, messaging and positioning, and provided art direction for the "Help House LA Vets" project to create a strong and distinguishable identity. The website and a one-page microsite launched in July 2015 as the foundation for a social media and grassroots influencer campaign. In addition to the content development, Jennifer also owned the influencer outreach to inform and engage elected officials. As a result, the campaign received thousands of organic impressions after each elected official shared the campaign content on their own social media channels.
